Shipping

Free shipping, free returns within 14 days

Shipping is always free unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Different shipping options may be available according to the delivery address and to where the items are stocked.
For delivery to Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman:

Orders placed by 11am, Same Day delivery on items that are immediately available
Orders placed between 11am and 5pm, Next Day delivery on items that are immediately available. Orders completed after 5pm will be delivered in 2 days.

For all other locations, and for items that are not immediately available:

Standard Shipping (delivery in 3-5 business days from date of purchase)

Shipping methods and expected delivery times for your order will be displayed at checkout, after you enter the shipping address.

If you have multiple items in your order, they may be delivered separately on different days according to availability (for example, you may receive one item on the same day, and the following items in 3-5 business days). You will receive shipping confirmation by email for each parcel, with the courier's Tracking Number.

You can also follow the delivery online through the Track Your Order page.

Signature is required at delivery of all orders for security purposes. In case nobody is available to sign for the package for two consecutive working days, the courier will leave a notification and a contact number.

You can follow your package and check the expected delivery date from the Track Your Order page, or in your account if you placed your order as a registered customer.

Please note that the Tracking Number will be activated within 24 hours from when the order is dispatched, therefore you may not find any updates immediately after shipment. We kindly ask you to check back the following day.

You can select the Country/Region you want to ship to by clicking on "Shipping to" in the website footer.
Please note that your Shopping Bag is exclusive to each Country/Region and will no longer be visible if you change location. If you change Country/Region, you will need to select the items again. Our catalogue, shipping and payment methods may also be updated.

All orders are elegantly presented in our signature packaging, with the iconic Fendi Logo design.
If you're buying a gift, you can also add a personal message. Gift orders can be shipped directly to the receiver, as prices will not be visible.

Returns

Free shipping, free returns within 14 days

Items can be returned within 14 days from the delivery of your order.
Please note it is not possible to return personalised items. You can find more information in the Terms and Condition of Sale.

To request your return fill in the online Return Form (or log in to your account and return your purchase from the Orders section).

After filling in the form, please follow these easy steps for returning the purchase to our warehouse:

1. Prepare the items you wish to return in the original order box. Kindly ensure the products have all their packaging and accessories, that the security tag and seal are intact and that the return box is safely sealed.

2. Contact the courier to request a return label and organise pick-up within 14 days. The courier name and contacts are indicated on the packing list inside your parcel, as well as on the email you will receive after filling in the online Return Form.

You will not be charged for shipping costs. These will only be at your expense if you decide to ship the return with a different shipping company and we will not be able to accept liability for lost or damaged returns.
Before requesting a return please make sure the products comply with our return conditions. Please note exchanges are not possible.

Before requesting a return please make sure the products comply with the following conditions, in accordance with our Terms of Sale:

The products must be in their unused original condition, with all tags and the security seal still attached and any special packaging and accessories included - incomplete, damaged, worn or altered items cannot be accepted
The return must be requested within 14 days from delivery of the order
The parcel must be handed to the courier within 14 days from return authorisation
The parcel can only be returned from the original shipping Country/Region
The products were purchased online on Fendi.com and not in Fendi stores

Once we verify the integrity of the items we will accept the return and process the refund. Verifying the items is expected to take 3 to 5 business days.

The refund will be issued as soon as possible after the return has been accepted through the same payment method used for the original purchase, and in the same currency.

You should see the credit approximately within one week from our refund confirmation email. Exact timing will depend on the different banking procedures.
