Complimentary shipping is offered on all online purchases. Orders are carefully prepared and shipped from the nearest FENDI location, including boutiques. Standard delivery takes 6 to 8 business days; express and overnight options are available at checkout. A tracking number will be sent by email once your order is on its way. Please note that a signature is required upon delivery.

Items purchased on FENDI.com may be returned within 14 days of delivery, free of charge. Returns can be initiated online or in selected boutiques. Exchanges are available on most items. Products must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags, packaging and accessories intact. Please note that personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
