A study in contrasts since its debut on the Spring/Summer 2018 runway, the House’s signature Colibrì slingback is instantly recognizable for its refined silhouette and distinctive elastic straps that seamless blending formal elegance with a sense of lightness and agility

For Fall/Winter 2026-27, her first collection for the House, Maria Grazia Chiuri reimagines the signature as the Very Colibrì, a sensuous interpretation, stripped back to its most essential lines

An innate balance of strength and femininity is renewed through newly defined proportions, as a new slender heel lends lightness to the design while the deepened V-shape vamp elongates the silhouette.

Together, these elements bring sensuality and agility into balance, accompanying every movement with ease as lightness, fluidity and femininity become intrinsic to the silhouette to preserve the distinctive contrasts that have defined the Colibrì since its debut

In The Art of Balance, Michal Pudelka captures this dialogue between dynamism and feminine elegance through a surreal lens. Set at Rome’s Stadio delle Terme di Caracalla, the campaign transforms everyday movement into a poetic expression of grace, portraying the models in moments of effortless motion that celebrate freedom, confidence and fluidity, qualities that define both the Very Colibrì and the enduring spirit of Rome

The Very Colibrì is now available in a range of iterations, from pumps with a deepened V-shaped vamp to open-toe sandals, in glossy patent leather and exclusive eel leather with a chevron inlay
