Kindly note that products purchased by distance sales may be returned if the following conditions are met:
- The products must be in their unused original condition, with all tags and the security seal still attached and any special packaging and accessories included - incomplete, damaged, worn or altered items cannot be accepted
- The return must be requested within 14 days from delivery of the order
- The parcel must be handed to the courier within 14 days from return authorization
At customer’s discretion, products returned may be exchanged with other products or a credit note may be issued. FENDI will not provide any refund.
Transaction will be done at local retail price of the FENDI Boutique where purchases are returned.
Excluded from this policy are:
- Furs and Made-to-Order
- Products purchased i) on sale or ii) outside the FENDI direct distribution network or iii) at FENDI outlets
- Products not available for sale at the FENDI Boutique where purchases are returned
