Tube Card Case

Items can be returned within 14 days from the delivery of your order. 
Please note it is not possible to return personalised items. You can find more information in the Terms and Conditions of Sale.

To request your return, fill in the online Return Form (or log in to your account and return your purchase from the Orders section). 

After filling in the form, please follow these easy steps for returning the purchase to our warehouse:

1. Prepare the items in the original order box. Kindly ensure the products are in perfect condition, with all their packaging and accessories, and that the security tag and seal are intact. Fragrances can only be returned if the packaging is unopened, with the seal intact.
2. Attach the Return Label to the outside of the box, and make sure it is safely sealed. Fragrances need to be shipped back separately, using the same box they were delivered in. You will receive an additional Return Label for each fragrance.
3. Call the courier to organise pick-up within 14 days.

You will not be charged for shipping costs. These will only be at your expense if you decide to ship the return with a different shipping company and we will not be able to accept liability for lost or damaged returns.
Before requesting a return please make sure the products comply with our return conditions.
 

Items purchased on Fendi.com can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from delivery using our free return shipping service. You can request an exchange for the same item in a different size and/or colour. The price of the new item must be identical to the price of the product originally purchased.

Before requesting an exchange, kindly ensure the products are in perfect condition, with all their packaging and accessories, and that the security tag and seal are intact.

Exchange online
1. Fill in the online Return Form (or log in to your account and return your purchase from the Orders section).
2. Pack the items carefully using the original order box, closing it securely and attaching the pre-paid return label to the outside of the box.
3. Contact the courier to arrange pick-up or drop-off within 14 days.

Return shipping is free when using our pre-paid labels. If you choose to return items with a different carrier, shipping costs will be at your expense and we cannot accept liability for lost or damaged returns.
Approved exchange items will be shipped to you in a new order to the original delivery address, following our standard delivery times.

Please note that personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged. Fragrances cannot be exchanged.

Before requesting the return or exchange of items purchased on fendi.com, please make sure the products comply with the following conditions, in accordance with our Terms of Sale :

• The products must be in their unused original condition, with all tags and the security seal still attached and any special packaging and accessories included. Incomplete, damaged, worn or altered items cannot be accepted.
• Fragrances can be returned but not exchanged. The fragrance must be unopened, with the seal intact.
• The return/exchange must be requested online or brought to the store within 14 days from delivery of the order.
• When shipping your return, the parcel must be handed to the courier within 14 days from return authorisation.
• Products can only be returned/exchanged within the original shipping Country/Region.
• The products were purchased online on Fendi.com and not in Fendi stores.
• Personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged.
