As a brand deeply rooted in the Italian territory, FENDI has the preservation of the beautiful Italian landscapes at heart.
For this reason, FENDI has chosen to requalify an abandoned industrial site in the hills of Tuscany to build its new pole of excellence, distinguished by a state-of-the art environmental performance.
Moreover, all our Italian sites and offices are certified against the best Environmental and Health & Safety standards (ISO 14001 and ISO 45001), with the aim of providing our employees with a safe workplace and improving the sustainability of production processes.
Energy consumption in stores accounts for a high share of FENDI’s GHGs emission. This is why FENDI, as part of the LVMH Group, has enthusiastically adhered to the LVMH LIFE in Stores Award.
Since 2016, this initiative encourages LVMH Maisons to implement environmental best practices in stores to reduce the impact connected to energy consumption.
FENDI has participated in the Life in Stores award by installing or replacing 100% LED lighting in all stores.
Additionally, we are proud to have obtained the LEED Platinum certification for our Venice store.

As proof of its commitment to protecting the environment, FENDI has decided to supply for its offices in Rome and Milan, production sites and all stores in Italy 100% energy from renewable sources.
The objective in the near future is to extend the supply of clean energy to the entire FENDI network.
