You can follow your package and check the expected delivery date from the Track Your Order page, or in your account if you placed your order as a registered customer.

Please note that the Tracking Number will be activated within 24 hours from when the order is dispatched, therefore you may not find any updates immediately after shipment. We kindly ask you to check back the following day.

All orders are elegantly presented in our signature packaging, with the iconic Fendi Logo design. 
If you're buying a gift, you can also add a personal message. Gift orders can be shipped directly to the receiver, as prices will not be visible.

Items purchased on Fendi.com can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from delivery, either using our free return shipping service or in selected Fendi stores.

Before requesting a return, kindly ensure the products are in perfect condition, with all their packaging and accessories, and that the security tag and seal are intact.

Online Returns
1. Fill in the online Return Form (or log in to your account and return your purchase from the Orders section).
2. Pack the items carefully using the original order box, closing it securely.
3. Please print the following documents:
- 1 copy of the Return Label (available for download in the Return Form or in your Order detail page). Stick this label to the outside of the box.
- 2 copies of the Proforma Invoice (sent by email). Enclose one copy inside the return box, and give the other one to the courier at pick up.
4. Contact the courier to organise pick-up within 14 days. The courier name is indicated on the Return Label.

Return shipping is free when using our pre-paid labels. If you choose to return items with a different carrier, shipping costs will be at your expense and we cannot accept liability for lost or damaged returns.

In-Store Returns
You can find the nearest Fendi store where the return service is availble through the Store Locator page. If you wish, you can book an appointment in advance, selecting "In-Store Return/Exchange" and your preferred date and time.
We suggest packing the items in the original order box, bringing with you any documents you received in the order to facilitate the return.

Please note that personalised items cannot be returned. Fragrances can be returned either in the Kuwait The Avenues Fendi store, or by contacting Client Services, who will provide the necessary documentation for returning this type of product. Items purchased on Fendi.com can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from delivery using our free return shipping service. You can request an exchange for the same item in a different size and/or colour. The price of the new item must be identical to the price of the product originally purchased.

Approved exchange items will be shipped to you in a new order to the original delivery address, following our standard delivery times.

Before requesting the return or exchange of items purchased on fendi.com, please make sure the products comply with the following conditions, in accordance with our Terms of Sale :

• The products must be in their unused original condition, with all tags and the security seal still attached and any special packaging and accessories included. Incomplete, damaged, worn or altered items cannot be accepted.
• Fragrances can only be returned in-store. The packaging must be unopened, with the seal intact.
• The return/exchange must be requested online or brought to the store within 14 days from delivery of the order.
• Exchanges must be brought to the store within 14 days of the order’s delivery.
• When shipping your return, the parcel must be handed to the courier within 14 days from return authorisation.
• Products can only be returned/exchanged within the original shipping Country/Region.
• The products were purchased online on Fendi.com and not in Fendi stores.
• Personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Sealed Items (swimwear, etc.) that have been unsealed by the Customer after delivery and that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection may not be exchanged.

Items shipped to our warehouse or returned in-store will be verified before being accepted. Verifying the items may take up to 5 business days.

The refund will be issued as soon as possible after the return has been accepted through the same payment method used for the original purchase, and in the same currency.

You should see the credit approximately within one week from our refund confirmation email. Exact timing will depend on the different banking procedures.
