Items shipped to our warehouse or returned in-store will be verified before being accepted. Verifying the items may take up to 5 business days.
The refund will be issued as soon as possible after the return has been accepted through the same payment method used for the original purchase, and in the same currency.
You should see the credit approximately within one week from our refund confirmation email. Exact timing will depend on the different banking procedures.
Items purchased on Fendi.com can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from delivery, either using our free return shipping service or in selected Fendi stores.
Before requesting a return, kindly ensure the products are in perfect condition, with all their packaging and accessories, and that the security tag and seal are intact.
Online returns
1. Fill in the online Return Form, or log in to your account and return your purchase from the Orders section.
2. Pack the items carefully using the original order box, closing it securely. Download the pre-paid return label and attach it to the box.
Please note Fragrances must be shipped separately, using the box in which they were delivered. Contact our Client Services to receive a pre-paid return label for your fragrance.
3. Contact the courier to arrange pick-up or drop-off within 14 days.
Return shipping is free when using our pre-paid labels. If you choose to return items with a different carrier, shipping costs will be at your expense and we cannot accept liability for lost or damaged returns.
In-Store Returns
You can find the nearest Fendi store where the return service is availble through the Store Locator page. If you wish, you can book an appointment in advance, selecting "In-Store Return/Exchange" and your preferred date and time.
We suggest packing the items in the original order box, bringing with you any documents you received in the order to facilitate the return.
Please note that personalised items cannot be returned. Fragrances cannot be returned or exchanged in-store. If you need to return a Fragrance, please fill in the online return form.
