After Fendi Client Services confirms the order has been placed, you will receive an email with the details of the purchase and a link to track the delivery.

Our boutique staff will be happy to keep your order for 14 days from delivery. After this time, should it be impossible for you to pick it up, we will return the products directly and issue a full refund.
Orders picked up in store can be returned within 14 days, like all online purchases, by filling in the online Retun Form.
