Items purchased on FENDI.com may be returned within 14 days of delivery, free of charge. Returns can be initiated online or in selected boutiques. Exchanges are available on most items. Products must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags, packaging and accessories intact. Please note that personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged. Every FENDI order is prepared in the House's signature packaging, with special attention given to every detail. When sending a gift, you may indicate so at checkout to include a personalized gift card while ensuring prices are not disclosed to the recipient
