Shipping is free. Orders are carefully prepared and shipped to you from the nearest Fendi location, including our local boutiques. 
Different shipping options may be available according to the delivery address and to where the items are stocked. All available shipping methods and actual delivery times for your order will be clearly displayed at checkout, after entering your shipping address. If you are purchasing multiple items, they may be delivered separately on different days.

On items immediately available, you may choose the following delivery options:

• Overnight Delivery in 1 business day on orders placed by 1 pm ET (orders placed after 1 pm ET will be delivered in 2 business days) - $35
• Expedited Delivery in 2 business days on orders placed by 1 pm ET (orders placed after 1 pm ET will be delivered in 3 business days) - $25
• Complimentary Standard Delivery in 6-8 business days

Items that are not immediately available will be shipped with Complimentary Standard Delivery (6-8 business days).

Orders are shipped via UPS. Please note working days are Monday through Friday, excluding local and national holidays.

After shipment we will send you a tracking number. You can also check the status of your shipment online on our Track Your Order page.

Please note a signature is required at delivery for security purposes. In case nobody is available to sign for the package for two consecutive working days, the courier will leave a notification and a contact number.

You can follow your package and check the expected delivery date from the Track Your Order page, or in your account if you placed your order as a registered customer.

Please note that the Tracking Number will be activated within 24 hours from when the order is dispatched, therefore you may not find any updates immediately after shipment. We kindly ask you to check back the following day.

You are currently in the Canadian website. From this website we deliver only to addresses within Canada. If you want to shop in a different Country/Region, you can change the shipping destination from the website footer.
Please note that your Shopping Bag is exclusive to each Country/Region and will no longer be visible if you change delivery destination: you will need to select the items again. Our catalog, shipping and payment methods may also be updated.

All orders are carefully hand-wrapped in-store and elegantly presented in our signature packaging, with the iconic Fendi Logo design. 
If you're buying a gift, you can also add a personal message. Gift orders can be shipped directly to the receiver, as prices will not be visible.

Items purchased on Fendi.com can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from delivery, either using our free return shipping service or in selected Fendi stores.

Before requesting a return, kindly ensure the products are in perfect condition, with all their packaging and accessories, and that the security tag and seal are intact.

Online Returns
1. Fill in the online Return Form (or log in to your account and return your purchase from the Orders section).
2. Pack the items carefully using the original order box, closing it securely and attaching the pre-paid return label to the outside of the box.
Please note Fragrances must be shipped separately, using the box in which they were delivered. An additional return label will be provided for each fragrance.
3. Contact the courier to arrange pick-up or drop-off within 14 days.

Return shipping is free when using our pre-paid labels. If you choose to return items with a different carrier, shipping costs will be at your expense and we cannot accept liability for lost or damaged returns.

In-Store Returns
You can find the nearest Fendi store where the return service is availble through the Store Locator page. If you wish, you can book an appointment in advance, selecting "In-Store Return/Exchange" and your preferred date and time.
We suggest packing the items in the original order box, bringing with you any documents you received in the order to facilitate the return.

Please note that personalised items cannot be returned. Fragrances cannot be returned or exchanged in-store. If you need to return a Fragrance, please fill in the online Return form.

Items purchased on Fendi.com can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from delivery using our free return shipping service. You can request an exchange for the same item in a different size and/or colour. The price of the new item must be identical to the price of the product originally purchased.

Before requesting an exchange, kindly ensure the products are in perfect condition, with all their packaging and accessories, and that the security tag and seal are intact. Hygienic liners must be intact where applicable.

Online Exchange
1. Fill in the online Return Form , or log in to your account and return your purchase from the Orders section.
2. Pack the items carefully using the original order box, closing it securely and attaching the pre-paid return label to the outside of the box.
3. Contact the courier to arrange pick-up or drop-off within 14 days.

Return shipping is free when using our pre-paid labels. If you choose to return items with a different carrier, shipping costs will be at your expense and we cannot accept liability for lost or damaged returns.
Approved exchange items will be shipped to you in a new order to the original delivery address, following our standard delivery times.

In-Store Exchange
You may find the nearest Fendi store where the exchange service is availble through the Store Locator page. If you wish, you can book an appointment in advance, selecting "In-Store Return/Exchange" and your preferred date and time.
We suggest packing the items in the original order box, bringing with you any documents you received in the order to facilitate the exchange.

Please note that personalised items may not be returned or exchanged. Fragrances cannot not be exchanged.

Before requesting the return or exchange of items purchased on fendi.com, please make sure the products comply with the following conditions, in accordance with our Terms of Sale:

• The products must be in their unused original condition, with all tags and the security seal still attached and any special packaging and accessories included. Incomplete, damaged, worn or altered items cannot be accepted.
• Fragrances can be returned but not exchanged. The fragrance must be unopened, with the seal intact.
• The return/exchange must be requested online or brought to the store within 14 days of delivery.
• When shipping your return, the parcel must be handed to the courier within 14 days from return authorization.
• Products can only be returned/exchanged within the original shipping Country/Region.
• The products were purchased online on Fendi.com and not in Fendi stores.
• Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Items shipped to our warehouse or returned in-store will be verified before being accepted. Verifying the items may take up to 5 business days.

The refund will be issued as soon as possible after the return has been accepted through the same payment method used for the original purchase, and in the same currency.

You should see the credit approximately within one week from our refund confirmation email. Exact timing will depend on the different banking procedures.
