We offer free Priority shipping on all orders. All available shipping methods and actual delivery times for your order will be clearly displayed at checkout, after entering your shipping address. If you are purchasing multiple items, they may be delivered separately on different days. Delivery usually takes 2-4 business daysfrom the date of purchase.

Please note working days are Monday through Friday during hours of business (9am to 5pm), excluding national holidays.

All our orders are shipped through Fedex. We will send you the Tracking Number for your package at shipping. You can also follow the delivery online through the  Track Your Order  page.

Signature is required at delivery of all orders for security purposes.

You can follow your package and check the expected delivery date from the Track Your Order page, or in your account if you placed your order as a registered customer.

Please note that the Tracking Number will be activated within 24 hours from when the order is dispatched, therefore you may not find any updates immediately after shipment. We kindly ask you to check back the following day.

All orders are elegantly presented in our signature packaging, with the iconic Fendi Logo design. 
If you're buying a gift, you can also add a personal message. Gift orders can be shipped directly to the receiver, as prices will not be visible.

Items purchased on Fendi.com can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from delivery.

Before requesting a return or exchange, kindly ensure the products are in perfect condition, with all their packaging and accessories, and that the security tag and seal are intact.

Online returns
1. Fill in the online Return Form , or log in to your account and submit your request from the Orders section.
2. Pack the items carefully using the original order box, closing it securely. Contact our Client Services to receive a pre-paid return label and Proforma invoice.
3. Please print:
- 1 copy of the Return Label. Stick this label to the outside of the box.
- 2 copies of the Pro-Forma invoice, which you will receive by email. Enclose one copy inside the return box, and give the other one to the courier at pick up.
4. Please make sure someone is available on the requested pick-up date. Any documents emailed to you by Client Services must be printed and filled in before the courier comes to collect the package.

You will not be charged for shipping costs with FedEx. These will only be at your expense if you decide to ship the return with a different shipping company and we will not be able to accept liability for lost or damaged returns.

Items can be exchanged within 14 days from the delivery of your order. You can request an exchange for the same item in a different size and/or colour. The price of the new item must be identical to the price of the product originally purchased.

Exchange online

Before requesting the return or exchange of items purchased on fendi.com, please make sure the products comply with the following conditions, in accordance with our Terms of Sale :

• The products must be in their unused original condition, with all tags and the security seal still attached and any special packaging and accessories included. Incomplete, damaged, worn or altered items cannot be accepted.
• The return/exchange must be requested within 14 days from delivery of the order.
• The parcel must be handed to the courier within 14 days from return authorisation.
• Products can only be shipped back within the original shipping Country/Region.
• The products were purchased online on Fendi.com and not in Fendi stores.
• Personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once we verify the integrity of the items we will accept the return and process the refund. Verifying the items is expected to take 3 to 5 business days.

The refund will be issued as soon as possible after the return has been accepted through the same payment method used for the original purchase, and in the same currency.

You should see the credit approximately within one week from our refund confirmation email. Exact timing will depend on the different banking procedures.
