The transmission of our unique savoir-faire is extremely important for us.
For this reason, we have enthusiastically adhered to the LVMH Institut des Métiers d’Excellence (IME), a vocational training program that empowers young generations of artisans, allowing them to develop skills in both traditional craft métiers and sales professions, enhancing their employability.
Since the creation of the IME in 2014, nearly 800 apprentices have joined the program in France, Switzerland, Italy, and Spain in partnership with leading schools in their respective disciplines.
