In 2022, FENDI launched a new project F-forFoundation, the first charity sale for its employees whose revenues have been donated to charity.

THE PROJECT

FENDI continues to strengthen its commitment to social responsibility through impactful initiatives that support local communities and foster inclusivity.

In 2022, FENDI supported local charities, including the Italian Red Cross, Litografi Vesuviani, Salute Donna, Mirability, and Cartiera.

The contributions helped fund various causes, such as art therapy courses for oncology patients, support for individuals with cognitive and behavioral neurodiversity of all ages, and relief efforts for victims of the Ischia landslides.Additionally, this initiative helped reduce the environmental impact of FENDI's products by giving a second life to more than 2,000 boxes originally destined for disposal.

In 2023, FENDI contributed to Salvamamme, an Italian association that provides essential supplies to women and children forced to leave their homes. The support went toward "The Rescue Suitcase," a kit containing necessities to assist these women and their children in their daily lives..

In 2024, Fendi supported other two projects that highlight its commitment to social responsibility and community support. The first project involved a collaboration with Sogno nel Cassetto Onlus, an organization dedicated to improving the lives of children hospitalized in hematology and oncology departments. Fendi’s contribution focused on providing tablets and multimedia devices to pediatric wards.  The second project supported by Fendi was with Quid Social Cooperative, an organization that empowers disadvantaged women by offering them work in the fashion industry. Fendi sponsored the Supernova Program, a training initiative designed to help vulnerable women reskill and develop new competencies in the field of craftsmanship and fashion production.

FENDI continued its dedicated support to the QUID Social Cooperative in 2025, sponsoring an intensive 300-hour on-the-job training program. This initiative benefited four QUID artisans, individuals with diverse migration backgrounds and stories of vulnerability, enabling them to become expert crafters of high-quality accessories. Over the course of the program, they significantly enhanced their skills, specifically gaining the expertise necessary to produce the FENDI Wrappy Accessory.

The initiatives highlighted FENDI's commitment to supporting selected organizations to offer new employment and social integration opportunities to more people in need and to help children and patients entrusted to their care.
