In October 2025, FENDI proudly launched its ACTION DAYS, a significant initiative that truly embodies our commitment to volunteering

THE PROJECT

This year, for the first time ever, this program expanded globally, engaging over 500 FENDI employees across all our regions. Each participant had the opportunity to dedicate half a working day to support associations focused on environmental care, urban green spaces, and providing assistance to vulnerable people.

Below is an overview of the initiatives undertaken:

  • PASTIFICIO FUTURO: This cooperative provides professional training to inmates, thereby facilitating their social reintegration. Our colleagues actively participated in packaging the pasta produced and in maintaining the external area outside the prison walls.
  • SCUOLA VIVA ONLUS: A rehabilitation center dedicated to individuals with intellectual and/or motor disabilities. Here, our teams supported patients in recreational activities such as gardening, animal care (donkeys and horses), and took part in Raku painting and ceramic workshops.
  • AZZERO CO2: A sustainability consulting firm that assists companies in creating social and environmental projects. FENDI’s employees contributed to the creation of a lavender garden for the residents of La Nuova Arca social cooperative, which supports immigrants and families (women and children) in fragile situations.
  • ANGELI DEL BELLO: An association dedicated to cleaning public spaces and parks in Florence. Our teams participated in the clean-up of the city's historic parks and took part in the maintenance of the green area surrounding the cooperative.
  • COOPERATIVA SOCIALE FONTENUOVA: Committed to supporting people with disabilities. This activity saw colleagues engaged in olive harvesting for oil production and preparing seasonal fruit jams.
  • KEPOS ONLUS: A non-profit organization dedicated to supporting children and adults with disabilities, where FENDI’s employees contributed to the maintenance of the green area surrounding the cooperative.
  • COOPERATIVA AGRICOLA MONTEPACINI: This facility hosts approximately 15 vulnerable individuals, with the aim of promoting inclusion in a context that champions environmental protection. Our colleagues took care of cleaning green areas and supported residents by participating in workshops for bread, pasta, cheese, and chocolate production.
  • RONALD MCDONALD HOUSE: A non-profit organization that provides essential services, removing barriers and ensuring access to healthcare when needed. Our volunteers focused on collecting food for those in need.
  • CHIYODA WARD: A park cleanup initiative in collaboration with a local non-profit organization, aimed at taking care of public areas.
  • RE MOONCAKE & MAYI: Respectively, an organization that distributes unopened mooncakes to people in need, and an organization that collects used clothes. Our colleagues organized the collection of mooncake gift boxes with a valid expiration date for donation to needy individuals and collected used clothes for charitable distribution.
  • MIRAL WELFARE FOUNDATION: An organization dedicated to assisting people with disabilities. We supported their efforts through a donation of used clothing.
  • GREENSQUARE SINGAPORE: An organization that collects used clothes. We successfully organized a clothing drive campaign. Thanks to the involvement of over 10 associations, colleagues from all regions have truly demonstrated their concrete and tangible commitment to improving the well-being of their communities and the environment.

This initiative reinforced FENDI’s commitment to social and environmental responsibility, fostering a culture of teamwork and civic engagement. The collective effort made a tangible difference, highlighting the power of collaboration.
